We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Dubrovnik. The location was perfect, nestled between two beautiful beaches and within walking distance of the town center. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sparkling sea and the stunning cityscape. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff, especially Milko and his sister, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay, even arranging transportation and taking us to the port free of charge. The hotel also offered convenient amenities such as valet parking, shuttle service, and tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was spacious and beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches like a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable dining area. We appreciated the attention to detail and the feeling of privacy offered by the soundproofed rooms. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Dubrovnik.

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with the hotel situated centrally between two beautiful beaches. It was also conveniently located between two streets, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The service at this hotel was exceptional, with car hire and airport shuttle services available. The valet parking option was a great convenience, and the shuttle service provided made getting around a breeze. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch, and the sitting area and terrace provided a great space to relax and unwind. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep, and the garden furniture added a touch of elegance. I was impressed by the luxuriousness of this hotel and the high-quality services it offered.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were great. We also appreciated the convenience of the free parking and the ease of getting around with transportation nearby. The location was perfect, as it was near the city center, down to the beach, and close to the Banje beach.

The view from our room was fine, with a amazing panorama of the sea and the charming city below. We were able to wake up to this beautiful sight every morning, making our romantic escape even more nice. the apartment was surprisingly spacious and well-appointed, providing us with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, being just a short walk away from the main attractions, great to easily explore the city at our own pace.

There were a few aspects of our experience that were disappointing. there was an unsightly rooftop that was directly in our line of sight from the balcony, not something we anticipated.

Very quiet and dark at night, big and clean room, nice staff , close to store, beach and city center, common terrace with a great view.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment with a fantastic location. The views of the old town and the nearby beaches were amazing. Despite the stairs, the owner Miho was helpful and made sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. His restaurant recommendations and knowledge of the area were invaluable. I highly recommend this apartment for its location, views, and the wonderful hospitality of the owner.

Great location for exploring the town, just a short stroll away. The spacious and well-furnished apartment was a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The fine view of the Old Town and the water from the balcony was a highlight, especially at sunset. We received excellent assistance from Mia, our hostess, were very good to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Free and easy parking was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.
